If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher, a different product or a direct refund using the original payment method.
The cost of returning the item is borne solely by the purchaser.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

To make a return or exchange, complete the following steps:
1. Let us know by sending an email to email@example.com, specifying the order number and telling us if you intend to return or exchange the product.

3. As soon as our staff have checked the return, we will send you an email regarding the returned items. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible. Please note:
The refund of the return will be made through the same channel used for the payment.
The refund will be made in the same currency used for the payment.
The amount will be credited back to the account previously used for the payment.
The processing time required to obtain a refund may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
